Product Coordinator – Odense, Danmark
Do you want to play a key role in developing and maintaining the product portfolio of one of Europe’s leading e-commerce companies?
And do you thrive in a role where structure, coordination and attention to detail go hand in hand with collaboration across teams?
Then you might be the Product Coordinator we’re looking for at JABS Group!
Welcome to JABS Group
We are Europe’s largest manufacturer of windows and doors, sold directly to consumers online.
With more than 700 employees across Denmark and Sweden, and production facilities in Estonia, Poland and Romania, we operate 15 brands across 10 markets.
We are pioneers within online sales of windows and doors, and our focus on quality, innovation and a seamless customer experience is a key driver behind our growth.
About the Role
As a Product Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Consumer Experience team and act as the link between the product team, marketing, sales, IT, operations and suppliers.
You will help ensure that our products are created, maintained and presented correctly across all digital platforms – and that product data is always accurate and up to date.
You don’t need prior knowledge about windows and doors. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and executing product launches
- Creating and maintaining products, add-ons and categories on our websites
- Managing product data in PIM and ERP systems
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
- Setting up and maintaining models and configurations
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders on product information
- Supporting the sales team with product-related questions
- Contributing to improvements in processes, data flow and product content
- Handling ad hoc tasks within the product team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant degree (e.g. in e-commerce, marketing, business, IT or related fields)
- Works in a structured and detail-oriented way and enjoys working with complex data
- Communicates well and collaborates effectively across teams
- Can prioritize and keep an overview when handling multiple tasks at once
- Communicates fluently in English
- Is curious, eager to learn and motivated to understand new systems and technical setups
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- PIM systems
- E-commerce platforms (e.g. Adobe Commerce / Magento)
- CMS systems
- ERP systems (e.g. Navision)
We Offer
- A versatile role in an international e-commerce environment
- Strong opportunities for both personal and professional development
- A social workplace with supportive colleagues and an informal tone
- Short decision-making processes and the ability to influence workflows and processes
- A culture where we celebrate both small and big achievements
- Salary based on qualifications, pension and health insurance
- Access to a subsidised staff canteen
We review applications and interview candidates on an ongoing basis
Start date: February 1st 2026
We look forward to hearing from you!
