At JABS Denmark A/S, we are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented Finance Manager who thrives in a role that combines operational responsibility with leadership, financial insight, and continuous improvement.

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, strong financial controls, and efficient finance processes across our group of companies. You will work closely with management and act as a trusted business partner, supporting decision-making and helping drive the continued development of our finance function.

Your responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall finance and accounting function across our Danish parent company, holding company, and five international sales companies.

You will be responsible for a finance setup consisting of one Accountant based in Denmark and close collaboration with our Shared Service Center in Poland. In this role, you will ensure high-quality financial operations, efficient processes, and timely delivery across the finance function while contributing to its continued development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Managing audits and collaborating with external auditors and advisors
• Overseeing accounting operations, cash flow, payments, and financial controls
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and other regulatory requirements
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Delivering financial analyses and business insights to management
• Driving process improvements, standardization, and digitalization within the finance function
• Leading and coordinating finance activities across internal and external stakeholders

About you

You have a solid finance background and enjoy combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Have several years of experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or in a similar role
• Have experience with financial reporting across multiple legal entities, preferably in an international environment
• Possess strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, tax, and financial compliance
• Are comfortable working with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools
• Have a structured and quality-focused approach to your work
• Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to create clarity in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy collaborating across functions and building strong relationships
